Q1. Is there any info yet on the Auto-loaders?

A1. We are still having some issues with the auto-loaders. If they are not ready for the first League Night next week, we will have "manual" auto-loaders. The basic concept however will be that there is a large button that extends into the playing field between the corner and side goal on each half of the field (on the scoring table side) and when a robot drives into this button, an egg will fall from directly above the button (the chute height will be above the 15" starting height, but we don't have exact dimensions at this time). Keep checking our website this weekend for more detailed dimensional information.

Q2. What is the multiplier for if total weight exceeds 520 grams?

A2. A total weight beyond 520 grams still receives a 5x multiplier.

Q3. Will Egg Shells in the parts bins count in the total collective weight?

A3. Yes, even if they are broken (but please don't break them!)

Q4. Is it legal to add weight to the opposing alliances bins?

A4. Yes, provided you do not violate any other rules.

Q5. Is the VEX non-slip mat an allowable robot material?

A5. Yes, as long as it is the official non-slip mat made available through www.vexlabs.com. It is an official accessory and therefore will count towards your $200 limit.
